Community Foundation Mission Statement
The Ritchie County Community Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization that serves the people of the area by building permanent resources to meet the communityâs broad charitable needs, managing these assets efficiently and using them effectively in response to our areaâs changing needs and opportunities.
Ritchie County Community Foundation is an alliliate of the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation.
