Community Foundation Mission Statement
Community Foundation Mission Statement The Little Kanawha Area Community Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization that serves the people of the area by building permanent resources to meet the communityâs broad charitable needs, managing these assets efficiently and using them effectively in response to our areaâs changing needs and opportunities.

	Field of Interest Fund Broadly focused on a specific area of interest, such as youth, conservation, education, health, or other social issue.
	Scholarship Fund Advancing education for students in two- to four-year colleges or universities.
	Designated Fund A fund for a specific charity or church created by a donor.
	Agency Fund An endowment fund created by the leaders of a charity or church.
	Unrestricted Named Fund A fund that helps each community meet changing needs and programs.
	Donor Advised Fund A fund that involves you in grantmaking reccommendations.
